As yo...Hello Renee,

I'm so glad to "meet" you here. As you can see, I am new to this and being a former speech therapist, I am better at talking then I am at writing! This is my attempt to be a bit positive as when I need to do a bit of vocal rest for my painful voice, I write instead and mostly just muse around on topics.
I'm looking forward to reading more in your blog. I took a quick peek and see that we have a love of nature in common as well as being home most of our time.
Thanks for stopping in and may God bless you in the coming year.Jan Lynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05642571561383445699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1182452919488844490.post-35465944988258829302008-12-31T14:14:00.000-05:002008-12-31T14:14:00.000-05:00Jennifer,Some times I just need to have that pity ...Jennifer,
Some times I just need to have that pity party before I get my strength and faith up a bit where I know it belongs. You know, your children are so young, you seem as if you are doing great! Mine were pretty spread apart, but I will say that when I brought my grade 5 son home from public school, I had a baby that year. Wow, that changed matters as well as the preK in the mix. Some times lessons in family, character and the rhythms of life are just as important as academics. You've got lots of time there and I checked out your photos and your family is beautiful.
I will certainly hold you in the Light in the coming year as well.Jan Lynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05642571561383445699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1182452919488844490.post-88086619686672433092008-12-31T10:23:00.000-05:002008-12-31T10:23:00.000-05:00I just came across your blog via google blog alert...I just came across your blog via google blog alerts. I am so sorry you are dealing with more illnesses and pain. I have been ill for 24 yrs with what I thought was CFS/FM and turned out to be chronic Lyme with now CFS among others things. I understand your frustrations and grief at all your losses. We do need to have a positive attitude but don't forget to be kind to yourself too.
I find your blog very interesting and plan to return to read your writtne thoughts.
God be with you this day
ReneeReneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07089685282700680525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1182452919488844490.post-75619558461263377582008-12-30T21:50:00.000-05:002008-12-30T21:50:00.000-05:00I'm sorry you are having to go through so much pai...I'm sorry you are having to go through so much pain and that it is holding you back in homeschooling. I know that is frustrating.

Wow, you don't know how timely this post is for me. I have been thinking exactly the same words about myself (pity party) all day today, and hating it! While it's not pain that is limiting me, it is lack of sleep and a baby. We can't do so many things because it is too messy/not safe with the baby, or I am just plain too exhausted to get up the umph to follow through on some plan or other. Thanks so much for mentioning that book. I will be looking it up straight away.

Holding you in Christ's Love...Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08420589222997369384noreply@blogger.com
